June 2024
We are delighted to introduce this month’s issue of the Journal which is an inaugural collaboration between FESSH and the JHSE.
This Special issue replaces the yearly Instructional course book that is usually given out at the annual Congress. Although the format has changed, the educational and academic visions have not. With the theme of ‘Nerves’, this Special Issue provides the latest and most comprehensive update on nerve related topics including diagnostics, outcome measures, nerve compression, nerve transfers, tumours and the latest trends in prostheses and spasticity. All of these articles are from authors who are experts in their fields, and we are extremely grateful to them for their valuable contribution.
Also, in collaboration with Sage, our publisher, all of the articles will be made open access and freely downloadable for one year from June 2024 to June 2025.
