FESSH Congress Committee has compiled a document including all the organisational rules and structure of a FESSH Congress. Please check the FESSH Congress Manual 5.0 if you are interested in how to organise a FESSH Congress.

Interested in hosting a future FESSH Congress?

On behalf of FESSH Council it is our pleasure to invite your Society to submit a bid for the right to organise a FESSH Congress in the year of 2030

In order to provide you with full details of the requirements please read the

  1. ’FESSH Congress Manual 5.0’ that has been updated recently and the
  2. ’FESSH2030_BID_INVITATION’ letter listing all information along with the matrix you will need to provide in the bid.

Submitting a bid is by registering your interest and by uploading your bid through below button before 5 March 2026.

Checklist to assist you to prepare the followings:

1) Expression of interest letter by the FESSH Member Society – signed by the President and FESSH Delegate
2) Uploading all information requested in the ’FESSH2030 Bid Invitation’ document through the link

Timeline for the bidding process is as follows:

5 March 2026 Submit your bid and supporting information through the online platform. Late submissions will not be considered.
15 April 2026 Evaluation of bids by the Congress Committee, making proposals to Executive Committee. Notification on acceptance of your bid and invitation for presentation at the next  Delegates Assembly.
4 June 2026 FESSH Delegates Assembly votes on the bids and selects congress venue
