There is a growing interest in dynamic imaging of the wrist by 4DCT in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of wrist pathology.
By establishing a dynamic imaging specialist interest group, we hope more and more surgeons will have the opportunity to use 4DCT in the future and enhance our knowledge of wrist kinematics.
The aim of the group is to connect and provide a platform for those with special interest in diagnosing and treating wrist pathology.
We strive to advance knowledge of this new imaging technique by providing education, performing research and help with implementation in the clinic.
By establishing this subgroup, we aim to optimize the acquisition and analysis of the 4DCT images, exchange knowledge, develop educational initiatives, discuss case studies and initiate research.
In Helsinki, the subgroup will officially established and a session on 4DCT is implemented in the official congress program.
The group is open to join.
