The Micro & Hand Group with a focus on microsurgical techniques has been created with the aim of strengthening and growing a branch that many hand surgeons find fundamental in both emergency and elective surgery; both for reconstructions and nerve repair.

 

The aim is to join forces of hand microsurgeons to:

– collect data on the results of particular infrequent procedures

– popularise and discover the evolution of microsurgical procedures

– support courses for major trauma on reimplants (from bone to skin)

– be actively present as a group at major congresses of hand surgery, microsurgery, plastic surgery, orthopaedics under the important umbrella of FESSH.
