Preliminary Program

Course Structure and Personalized Agendas

Each attendee will follow a personalized agenda, working in small, closely supervised groups. Attendees will benefit from direct interaction with experienced faculty members throughout the program.

Attendees will be divided into two main groups, each comprising up to 16 surgeons and 8 observers.

Both groups will alternate between two key activities:

  1. Discussions: Engaging in in-depth discussions on surgical techniques, procedures and clinical cases
  2. Cadaver Lab: Hands-on practice:
    • PIP jointarthroplasty
    • PIP joint silicone arthroplasty
    • wrist arthroplasty
    • thumb base joint arthroplasty
    • ulnar head replacement
    • distal radio ulnar joint replacement

In the Cadlab, attendees will be assigned to one of 8 stations, with each station consisting of 1 faculty member, 2 surgeons and 1 observer.
