General information

When will the Workshops take place?

The FESSH Online Workshops will take place from 22 to 24 April 2021, the content is accessible on-demand for registered users till 24 July 2021.

I can not take part in the live stream sessions. Can I view the content after the session?

Yes, the program will be recorded and available in replay for all registered participants until 24 July 2021.

How do I access the online program?

The content of the online workshops will be available on a virtual congress platform. To attend the online event, you will need a good internet connection, your device or computer as well as a valid registration.

You will receive login details via email a few days before the congress. To enter the platform your e-mail address and PIN code will be needed. Please note that you can log in only from one device at a time (laptop, Ipad, PC, etc.), parallel login from two or more devices is not possible.

What if I have technical issues?

We created a checklist to solve login problems.

Your technical issue may be caused by your internet browser. Please try to open the live session with several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Another reason could be your firewall or internal IT blocking the congress platform. If you missed a live session or would like to watch it again, the recording will be available till 24 July 2021 on the congress platform. All registered participants can access it with their login.

Registration

How do I register for the FESSH Online Workshops?

There is no registration fee for the event, however, sign-up is required. To have prompt access to the online registration form please click here.

After submitting your registration you shall receive a registration confirmation via email. Please contact us if you have not received it.

Is there any deadline to register for the event?

Yes, the registration deadline is the 24th April 2021, 12:00 a.m. (Central European Summer Time, GMT+2). Only registered participants will have access to the on-demand content and can obtain CME credits.

How will I get login details to the online platform?

Those participants registered before 20 April 2021 will receive login details via email a few days before the event. Please check your mails from the eventsair.com address (even the junk /spam folder). Registrations will be confirmed in the order they were received. Please note, that due to a high volume of communications, there may be a delay in responding to your request.

Is the FESSH Online Workshops accredited?

The FESSH Online Workshops have been granted 6 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

How do I claim my CME credits?

To obtain CME credits you need to be registered before the end of the congress. After the event, we will send you an evaluation form via e-mail. The completion of the online survey is mandatory for the CME credits. Once the feedback form is completed, you will be able to download the CME certificates.
