You may join the event only with
- a valid EU digital COVID certificate
- a valid immunity certificate from countries listed on this link
For those participants who fail to show the certificate at the venue entering the conference premises needs to be denied.
All participants are required to review the entry conditions to Hungary and obtain the necessary papers on time before the event. Registration fees will not be returned in case of the lack of appropriate documentation.
COVID measures
To ensure the safety and health of all participants and colleagues, the following measures will be taken:
- face masks must be worn in the congress rooms
- before entering the room please use the hand sanitiser at the entrance
- we will make sure there is more space between the seats in the congress room (safety distance of 1,5 meter)
- in the restaurant waitresses will help with serving, there will be enough space provided to make dining together enjoyable
- congress dinner and social event can be held only if safety regulations can be implemented

In view of the current COVID situation throughout Europe the FESSH Training and Education Committee has decided to postpone this year's FESSH Academy to the 20-23 October 2021. This decision has been taken in the expectation that this will allow us to deliver a face to face course.
We have changed the date, but the format is otherwise unchanged. Those who have already applied via their national societies will be automatically accepted as delegates.
The special registration for the national nominees will start on 1 September hoping that by September it could be foreseen if travel is possible 7 weeks later. The standard registration (offered in limited numbers) planned to open on 15 September. The standard registration fee is €400 that should be paid when registering. The registration fee includes the 4 day programme, coffee breaks and lunches during the programme, and two evening social events if allowed by safety regulations.
Please note that the fee does NOT include accommodation, neither travel costs. You are kindly asked not to reserve any non-refundable services (hotel or flight tickets) at this time.
