You can apply for the special registration fee through your National Hand Society contacting the FESSH delegate of your country: fessh.com/national-delegates. The number of special registrations is limited.

Registration form link will be sent to you by the organizers based on the recommendations of the FESSH delegate.

Accommodation: Registration fee includes accommodation in Hotel Benczúr for 4 nights (12-16 February 2019) in a double room, shared by participants. Single room upgrade may be available at EUR 30 per night based on availability only. Please indicate your single room request on the registration form and the organizers will get back to you after 30 November 2018. Please contact the conference secretariat in case of extra night requests.

How to register

Special registration till 25 November 2018

FESSH offers special registration fee for members of national hand societies in limited number. The national hand society can select and recommend these participants to FESSH Management Office. FESSH Management Office invites these colleagues in email, sending along the link for the registration form.

Standard registration after 26 November 2018

Available seats for the course will be offered to all interested at a standard fee of EUR 650 from 26 November 2018 when registration form will be launched here.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

AMEX cards: Payment with AMEX card is only possible in a traditional mail order way. In this case please return the Credit Card Authorization Form with your card details.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Catering costs

Registration fees include catering (welcome reception and coffee breaks). In line with the Hungarian tax regulations the prices of these catering services should be displayed on the invice separately. Therefore the registration fees will be displayed on invoices in two separate rows: registration fees and catering costs included on the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to Asszisztencia Kft.

Cancellation of registration: If cancellation arrives
before January 15, 2019  80% refund will be made
after January 15, 2019  no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
